The company mainly focuses on the BCD process, with industrial-grade power supplies below 100KW as the target market, base stations, servers, switches, smart homes, PCs, power equipment, medical instruments, etc. are the main application scenarios of the company's chips. QR control chip with frequency of 500kHZ, PFC chip of 5kW, LLC PFC of 800W, Combo control chip and current mode LLC chip of 2kW have all been mass produced and shipped.

Starting from 2019, the company officially entered the field of new energy, and developed and launched a series of high-performance products such as SiC gate isolation drive chip in electric vehicle drive inverter, power management chip in electric vehicle drive, E-fuse chip in intelligent PDU of electric vehicle, on-board OBC control chip, high-voltage charging pile control chip, inverter control chip in photovoltaic energy storage, etc.
